Regulatory Change Business Analyst

Our consultancy client are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with experience of working on regulatory reporting systems serving a multi-jurisdictional financial services client. You will need extensive experience in r=trading and market making in exchange traded and OTC derivatives plus physical commodities. T+1 reporting, MiFID 2 transaction reporting, EMIR reporting, MAS reporting, Dodd-Frank, Canada reporting, REMIT and CPR coverage is needed with any experience of PTT and MiFID 2 record keeping a distinct advantage. Experience with 3rd party reporting service providers such as Unavista, TRAX, DTCC, Capitech etc is required. You must have a technical background in SQL queries and have a basic understanding of stored procedures and have the ability to work with complex data lineage, modelling and reconciliation.

With knowledge of the basics of exchange traded and OTC derivatives and the trad lifecycle. Also experience of commodities ETD and OTC market and familiarity with concepts such as MTM, Notional, margining and collateral as well as of regulatory data concepts such as LEI, UTI, UPI and ISIN.

The role will require you to be on site 2-3 days a week and will be inside IR35.
