Location: Remote with occasional travel
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

About the Role:
We are looking for a Capacity Planning Analyst to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of residential telecoms installations. This role involves calculating headcount requirements, establishing achievable volumes, and using raw data to inform strategic decisions.
Working closely with two key client groups, you will tailor solutions to meet their unique needs, ensuring we maintain operational excellence while delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:

Workforce Planning: Calculate headcount requirements, considering factors like skill availability, resource constraints, attrition, and success rates.

Volume Forecasting: Determine achievable installation volumes based on current resources.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise raw data to generate actionable insights.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and clients to align capacity planning with business needs.

Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and deliver reports to senior management, providing key insights and recommendations.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.

Problem Solving: Translate complex data into clear, effective recommendations.

Proactive Strategy: Spot opportunities to improve service delivery and inform future business strategies.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in capacity planning within the telecoms sector.

Strong analytical and data visualisation skills, with proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and SharePoint.

A track record of using insights to drive successful business outcomes.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Experience managing complex stakeholder groups and working as part of a virtual team.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to present insights up to MD level.

Technical knowledge of telecoms networks and technologies is advantageous.
