NOC Transition Project Manager – £405 per day (Outside IR35) – Berkshire/Hybrid (2 days per week on site) – 3-month contract – Quarterly rolling

NOC/Network Operations/Field Services/Transition

Key Skills/Responsibilities:

• Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing organisational transition projects, preferably transition of Network Operations Centres and/or Field Operations.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of operational delivery within a technical environment preferable within telecommunications.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project challenges effectively.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Our client is a globally recognised technology solutions specialist, currently recruiting for the unique opportunity to support a tier one mobile network operator, with successful delivery of the transition projects regarding RAN & Access Transmission NOC, Field and Spare Parts Management from an incumbent Managed Service Supplier to the MNO's Operations.
